This application provides a comprehensive solution for analyzing the vibration of equipment through the wireless reception of acceleration data. It facilitates both Operational Analysis (OA) and Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) analysis, with results conveniently displayed on a tablet interface.

Using FFT analysis, users can effectively identify bearing damage by estimating bearing frequencies. The app allows for the management of bearing replacement recommendations by simply entering threshold values for the vibration levels of the bearings. In addition, OA analysis offers insights into normal or abnormal conditions by setting threshold values for acceleration, velocity, and displacement.

The evaluation of equipment and component condition aligns with the ISO 10816 vibration assessment criteria. Users can select NTN bearings from a preset list within the app and establish multiple measurement points, incorporating preset rotational speeds and thresholds. For bearings outside of the NTN category, the app provides an option to create a custom bearing list through the input of internal specifications or vibration frequencies.

Additionally, the application supports data storage and history management, allowing users to monitor the progression of vibration measurement results through line graph displays. Historical data encompasses OA, FFT, and time waveform measurements. Furthermore, saved measurement data can be exported from a tablet to a computer for further analysis and editing using spreadsheet software.
